My role

January 2021 - present

At HMBradley, I lead design for the Credit team where I take designs from start to finish - helping scope project requirements with cross functional teams, identifying user flows for a cohesive experience, hosting design reviews to gather feedback, producing detailed designs on Figma, balancing priorities from product and legal teams, and leading design collab with engineers. 


The Credit Account is one of the main products with 4,500 engaged customers. I've designed for nearly all aspects of the Credit Account - credit offers, credit overview, payments experience, digital issuance, authorized users, and more.

Authorized users: Designing experience for adding an authorized user to a credit account, as well as all entry points, in-product marketing, and viewing transactions per user.

Routines mobile experience: Responsible for design of our new Routines product on the mobile app. Optimizing for intuitive mobile design practices.

Instant digital issuance of credit cards: Handling scoping and execution of credit card digital issuance experience. Push for mobile app download throughout the web experience.
